I seriously doubt that the Art Amiss group would be selectively prejudiced. I'm also positive that any selective show is going to have the draw the lines somewhere, and it's their choice. Perhaps there are shows that more appropriately conform to your art.

Why do you think that your work was rejected?

'artis maleficus' sounds like your art was dark hearted.

Maybe your images/artwork are degrading or obscene. Maybe they are lewd. Maybe it's too cute or too cliche. Maybe there just wasn't room. Either way there are venues for all of those things, thought art amiss isn't the venue for most of the above.

Why don't you just post some images here with the image tags and a flickr account? Maybe you can find vindication in presentation. What you want is to bee seen, no?
